The look of disappointment on my husband's face on Christmas day was incredibly heart breaking. For the price the box was nearly empty. Thankfully this wasn't his only gift. I have had other boxes from here and other companies and they didn't disappoint.

Wrong Item? Definitely boxed wrong
Received tracking notice and picture indicating item has been delivered to the recipient. Item is not in a crate as described and I also paid to have it wrapped in gray duct tape. I am very disappointed. It is a Christmas gift and now I don't even know if it is the correct item that my family member has received.
