Loved the gift of making my own call. Been wanting to for years. Sounds great and I've turned sucks on a dime with it. Unfortunately I forgot to secure my insert to my lanyard along with the barrel and I lost the insert in the marsh the other day. Sent a text to customer service simply asking for the brand of insert cuz it sounds that good ni wag planning on replacing it or of pocket. Hailey from CS responded in less than 20 minutes and had a replacement insert on the way in less than 30. Couldn't be happier or more impressed with your service Hailey n team crates!

We bought this for my Dad for his birthday.. he’s an avid waterfowl hunter and has anything and everything he could want for the sport. He absolutely loves the idea of making his own call though. His birthday was a month ago and he’s still talking about it, and my hubby is jealous. Such an awesome gift idea.
