Refund policy

All sales are final once the gift leaves the Man Crates warehouse.

If your order tracking indicates your gift has been returned, or if your item is missing or not delivered, please reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date of the item for assistance.

If you have a concern with the quality of your order, please reach out to us within 30 days upon delivery of the item. We’re happy to review any concerns you have and help with a solution.

Please note, however, that the following items are not eligible for return:

·         Food Items

·         Gift Cards

·         Personalized Items

·         Items damaged through normal wear and tear
