Was not what I expected. I thought it was jerky not beef sticks. I have ordered this every year and did not see they changed it. Not as good at all very disappointing.
The golf balls looked great, and he loved them. However, being the golfer that he is the first question was about the type of golf ball that it was. I suggest having options on branded balls. The jerky heart was cute but not his cup of tea. Overall, it's a great product, though.

Bottle top fit crooked, contacted the company for a replacement and still have not received the replacement as of yet. Presentation and personalization were perfect though.
Update: I received not only a stopper but a new decanter and glasses today. I was quite surprised, and would say that their customer service is impeccable as well. They will be getting more business from me for sure. 👍

My fiance absolutely loved the neon sign. I purchased it for Christmas in December 2023. In November 2024 the sign quit working. I emailed the company to see if I coukd get a replacement. They said they only have a 90 day return policy. Which sucks because I spent $231.73 after shipping and taxes I guess I just expected it to last longer. My fiance is really upset. He brings it up every day how much he misses his neon sign hanging above his gaming computer.

The price was a bit high for only receiving a few small items. Also, I ordered a week in advance and the website allows you to select a delivery date. I chose my husband's birthday, and it didn't arrive until 4 days after.
